장성군이 10일부터 ‘2025년 지적재조사사업 주민설명회’를 시작했다. 마을회관 등을 순회하며 토지소유자‧이해관계인에게 사업추진 배경 및 절차, 기대효과 등을 안내하고 의견을 청취하기 위함이다.
내년도 지적재조사사업 대상지는 삼서 우치, 서삼 모암‧송현, 북일 신흥1‧2, 북이 조양, 북하 대악2‧성암 총 8개 지구로 2395필지 153만 5471㎡규모다.
해당 지구는 토지의 실제 이용현황과 지적공부 경계가 일치하지 않는 지역으로 토지소유자들이 경계분쟁 등 재산권 행사 과정에서 불편을 겪어 왔다.
장성군은 주민설명회 이후 토지소유자‧토지면적의 3분의 2 이상 동의를 얻어 전라남도에 지적재조사사업지구 지정을 신청할 예정이다.
군 관계자는 “지적재조사사업을 통해 주민 불편이 조속히 해소될 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”며 토지소유자‧이해관계인의 적극적인 협조를 당부했다.
